Earlier this year I volunteered to teach at Shanti Bhavan a school for some of the poorest kids in India with the objective of breaking the cycle of poverty through education.
It reminded me to live each day through the eyes of a child - with curiosity, awe and wonder.
Maintaining balance - I’m nomadic and have been living out of a suitcase for the past three years.
It’s a tough juggling act to ensure that I’m performing at my best, getting enough sleep, eating well, nurturing relationships and powering through the other surprises life throws my way.
To quote Arianna Huffington you need to “Sleep your way to the top”.
I need at least 8 hours to keep me in good form. Combined with meditation and my boxing practice the superwoman is ready to come out.
Wearing ear plugs and an eye mask has been a game changer to get uninterrupted sleep.

As I’m always on the go, it’s important for me to stay focused and keep my energy levels steady. The mix of vitamins in Heights has given me that extra boost.
